Coordination
This package is designed for the planner who already has everything booked and taken care of. The process begins with a digital questionnaire which you fill out providing us with all of your wedding planning details. We meet about a month before your wedding to discuss this details and ensure nothing has been overlooked. This meeting can include a venue walk through to demonstrate how you would like the decor set up. We confirm your vendors ahead of time and help guide your rehearsal. On the wedding day we set up and tear down decor, coordinate the vendors, and guide you and your wedding party throughout the day so that you're never wondering what to do next or stress about time constraints. Our goal is to make sure that you are stress free so that you can enjoy and remember every minute of your wedding day.

Design
This packages is designed for those who need assistance particularly with wedding or event design. You have a Pinterest board full of ideas but can't seem to figure out which ones you like best or work together! You also have no idea where to find any of the decor or how to set it up. With our design service, we take a look at your inspiration photos, go for a venue tour with you, and then work with you to create a cohesive design that is sure to impress. We start with an initial design board and then we modify and tweak it until describes your style perfectly. Then the sourcing begins! We source all of the decor for you and work with your florist (can also recommend some) on the floral design. We make recommendations and suggestions on ways to achieve the biggest impact with whatever budget we are working with! We also now include up to $250 worth of our own decor in our design package! Full Planning
This package is designed for those who want it all! This package includes both the coordination and design services that the other two packages offer and in addition offers assistance with vendor selection, budget management, payment reminders, and someone to offer ideas and insight based on our past experience. We are here to talk on the phone, chat via text or messenger, or meet up when you just need a little advice or assistance with nearly anything. It's a truly personal experience and become close by the end of it!

Off the Beaten Path Wedding Planning
NEW! This package is designed for couples with a love of traveling. You want a destination wedding, but something far from an all-inclusive resort. Logistically this style of wedding can be challenging to plan and design. Heirloom offers a unique service in which we arrive to the wedding location ahead of time and create custom decor using local materials, such as signage written using hand calligraphy on locally sourced wood, centrepieces using fresh local florals and fruit, bamboo or wooden ceremony arch's made on site, etc. We meet with local vendors before you arrive to ensure the quality of the products and services. We can also recommend wedding photographers who specialize in this style of wedding. We are a husband and wife team with an extensive background in travelling having been to over 30 countries and almost every continent. If you dreaming of a truly unique wedding destination and want your guests to be wowed, we want to hear about it!
